DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Brilliant, I am sure we wouldn’t still have our dog without it. We have had it now for 5 years and he just knows it’s there and doesn’t go anywhere near it.

My dog is slowly adjusting to the training leash, which is definitely a testament to how great of a product this is. Well constructed and built to last.

It was a quick process. They put the fence in the way we discussed & even changed it because we wanted it changed. They did that immediately, no questions asked. They will train your dog & if you need additional training, they will keep assisting you. My dog is set & safe!

They were great to work with. Price wAs better than other companies, explanation and training was top notch! Very responsive.

Thank you for your fast and professional service. We’ve been your customers for years and you always exceed our expectations.

Working with Katrina and Phil was truly an exceptional experience. If you want the best in customer service, fence layout and design, installation, dog training and follow up, then look no further than DogWatch of Delaware Valley. Katrina and Phil are good people with a great business ethic and a superior product. I was familiar with DogWatch having used it previously. My layout and installation, though, was different than before, not only flowerbeds and borders, but dual location, too; so I was a little apprehensive to say the least, which I needn’t have been. From my initial discussion I could tell that Katrina and Phil were dedicated to customer service. Follow up communications to confirm installation dates and ensure utilities had been marked were timely and thorough. The first installation Phil walked the property, looked at the previous install and then discussed different designs. The design we settled on did exactly what was needed and was much neater than the previous one. When the installation was complete Phil discussed the training and gave Miles, our 10-month-old German Shorthaired Pointer, his first session, which happened to be all Miles needed. A few days later Katrina called to see how everything was going and to reinforce that they were both there to help with whatever was needed. The second installation had its own challenges, smaller property with an adjacent property dividing fence and some large oak trees. Installing a traditional underground wire by the fence would work but wouldn’t maximize the containment area. Phil recommended installing the wire on the fence, which was an ingenious solution! Training at this property, for Millie, our son’s 4-month-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon went as well as it did with Miles and even though we’d done this before, Katrina called a few days later to see how we were doing. Truly, a wonderful experience. So, if you want the best of the best of the best there’s only one place to go; Katrina and Phil, DogWatch of Delaware Valley.

Having BarkCollar No-Bark Trainer (BT-7) is perfectly fit for my Belgian Malinois dog. He has an excessive barking, he always barks at people, bikes, cars and anything! Its really annoying, so when I bought this BT7, its very effective and helpful for me!

Excellent product. Have 2 Border Terriers who specialized in regularly escaping despite our garden being surrounded by a 6ft fence (would dig under or would rely on holes created by badgers/foxes). Since installing the DogFence (3 years ago) we have had no escapes - result is 2 safe dogs and two relieved owners. After 3 years the only thing we have changed are the batteries and the collar strap (clip broke).
