These bark collars are the most…
These bark collars are the most inconsistent, ineffective collars I have ever used. I have literally watched dogs bark continuously. I even got the extended contact points. Do not reccomend at all.

Oh dear. That's not good. We have tested the BarkCollar on a variety of dogs, including our most vocal office dogs, with great results. If that is not what you are experiencing, we would like to know more about it. We are very interested in feedback that will help us improve our products. Please contact Charlie King, (800) 793-3436 x616, 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, M-F, EST. Thanks very much.

Bad for your dog, bad for you
My poor dog had a terrible reaction, her skin got all infected in the collar area, she had to be on antibiotics and anti-inflammatory until recover. She lost weight and now is scared to be outside. Didn't get any support from the technician who sold me the fence and installed it, they pretty much didn't care, didn't recognize the failure of their device and didn't help to pay for her vet expenses. I don't recommend DogWatch to anyone!

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We'd like to know more about this and to improve the situation, if we can. It is possible for a collar to cause pressure sores if it is too tight, but this is not related to the way the fence works, so it would be unusual for this to cause the dog to be afraid to go outside. Please give Customer Service a call at (800) 793-3436 x614, M-F, 9:00 am-5:00 pm.

My new dog got zapped really hard four or five times...
My dog got zapped about four or five times really hard the first couple of days that we had the fence. I could not hear the collar beep as he approached the fence so I wonder if the collar was working. It was a used collar that I already had but my vendor cleaned it up and reset it. After that my dog started "going" in the house. I could NOT get him to "go" in the yard anymore. He was terrified of the yard. I called my vendor and he said he would stop by the next week to take a look at the collar and the fence. That was about three months ago and I haven't seen or heard from him. It took MONTHS to get my dog to do his business outside again!!!

Oh gosh. Thanks very much for letting us know! We are very sorry you and your pup had this experience. It is not the kind of experience - with the fence or the local Dealer - we want customers to have. It sounds like you have made progress with your pup, but maybe we can suggest some other things that would help. We'd like to follow-up with your local Dealer to prevent this from happening again. Please give us a call. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 793-3436 x614, M-F, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, EST. Ask for Madge. Thanks again for letting us know.

The people who installed our dog fence …
The people who installed our dog fence trained our three dogs using a shock treatment at first instead of going by the book and using a beep first. Our three dogs are still terrified and will not leave the deck area of the back yard. They are peeing in the house instead of going outside. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I HAVE HAD 2 APPOINTMENTS SET UP WITH DOG WATCH TO TRAIN MY NEW DOG. BOTH DAYS I HAVE TAKEN OFF WORK TO MEET WITH THE LOCAL OWNER BOTH DAYS A NO SHOW. NO PHONE CALLS. I DID REACH THE OWNER AFTER THE FIRST MISSED DAY AFTER LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES AND FINALLY A RESPONSE AFTER A REVIEW- WE RESCHEDULED BUT AGAIN HE DID NOT SHOW UP. AFTER SPENDING $1100 FOR THE FENCING SYSTEM AND LOSING 2 DAYS OF PAY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BUSINESS. THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER OR CLOSE THIS FRANCHISE IN SARASOTA, FL. I WOULD LIKE A REP TO CONTACT ME .MAYBE THEY CAN SEND SOMEONE OUT FROM ANOTHER FRANCHISE.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Had an issue with the fence . Told me it would be a week to come fix my fence and to crate my dog. Called Pet Stop they came with in two hours fixed the issue. Never Dog Watch again. They gladly accepted my money to install the fence but sure gave me a hard time to fix it. Poor customer service. Pet Stop from now on
