The customer service was great. I have a small dog and I think the even the smallest collar is too big. It looks very heavy on her.

Thanks for your input! Our R7 collar is one of the smallest receiver collars currently available for hidden fences. But technology keeps improving, so we keep trying to improve our products. Maybe a smaller collar will be possible some day!!

Every time we call they are very prompt and locate the problem very quickly. Broken lines - our fault.

I've got to meet some folks soon, so I'll leave all the fluff on the floor and say this: If every product I paid good money for, was only HALF as good as DogWatch, I would be one, happy guy!! From the initial contact, to right this minute, It has been excellent in ALL respects! Make the leap do yourself and your dog(s) a favor with the quality & peace of mind it brings.

Great customer service and very supportive throughout the training phase. Even our pitball who likes to bolt learned to stay within his area and we have no challenges with him.

The DogWatch fence has exceeded my expectations. Guy was great at answering all our questions and the installation work was excellent! Highly recommend.

I was very skeptical and very worried from the get go. I have a strong headed Border Collie that has a mind of his own and is aggressive toward other dogs. Dog Watch came and installed it no problem. I did all the recommended training. It WORKS! He has gotten a little too close a few times and got zapped but he knows the boundaries. It has truly changed my life! Call them, it is sooo worth it!

The franchise owners were very responsive to us throughout the process. We were very knowledgeable about the product and training aspect by the time they left. They also responded quickly when one of our dogs needed different prongs for her collar. Although the initial outlay seemed expensive it was a fabulous alternative to a fence. No extra trimming or maintenance required for the hidden fence!
