It was a pleasure dealing with Bob and Andrew! Set up was fast and training was thorough. Most of all I like dealing with a local company and felt like I could call them at any time if I needed anything. My 2 dogs took a week or so to adjust but now they both know where the yard boundary is and I feel relaxed to just let them out anytime, knowing that they will stay in the yard.

I've been very happy with our new fence. After years of having to walk out and untangle leads from in the cold, winter air, it is so nice to just open the door and let my corgis run. They learned the boundaries in 48 hours, then for about a week they were afraid to go much beyond the deck unless I was with them, but now they totally 'get it' and have so much fun playing in the yard, chasing each other and rolling in the snow.

The fence was installed and explained in a professional and clear manner. Works like a charm. My Bernese has a new freedom she demands every day.

The product is great and the service is bar-none! The team is prompt in responding and quick to come out as needed. A cable representative was out recently and commented that that is the best installation of a hidden fence that they've ever seen. I would do it all again.

Dog watch was super helpful in getting our fence up and running. We have a very large piece of property. With their help we had our 3 dogs trained in no time at all.

The fence is absolutely fantastic! I was really sceptical that anything would contain our two young border collies. We have a large garden which is really difficult to fence off, and they were regularly running out into the road and beyond, egging each other on and often ignoring our calls if there was something more exciting going on. It was a huge headache for us and we were really worried for their safety. But the fence is a huge success. Now when a car comes past, they bark at it but won't go anywhere near the boundary of the garden. They can be out in the garden on their own playing for long periods and we don't have to worry. It's a huge relief. Dog fence the company was brilliant throughout the process - really helpful and not pushy on the phone, answered all of my questions, and then the chap who fitted the fence was also excellent - professional, efficient, good with the dogs, not at all intrusive. He just got on with the job and then explained how it all worked with the training at the end. We did stick to the training regime rigorously and prolonged it a bit, finding that we needed to turn up the setting for a few days. But within two weeks they were fully trained and it now works a treat. Thank you Dog Fence!
