Hi David, Thank you very much for the review. We will start following up with our customers more. The flags should all be out now. After 3 weeks of being in, You remove every other flag, every other day until they are gone. We don't start using our colored flags until snow is on the ground and staying, as we order only a small amount of colored flags. Thanks for the feedback - oh dear your dogs appreciate being grounded! We once "fenced" a Lab that was hoovering bins in the local pub and she lost weight once contained - she wasn't thrilled either!

Dogs seemed to learn very quickly
Dogs seemed to learn very quickly , they understand the word ‘careful’ and react quickly even when it’s nothing to do with the fence. Good summer spent in the garden without worrying they would wander off or go chasing other dogs and walkers. Six months on, very satisfactory; money well spent. The installation was quickly done in spite of the fact we have a country property with associated areas of brambles etc

Good but additional cost was a surprise
Customer service is excellent, you get lots of detailed information relevant to your very specific needs. I was assigned an Account manger who I always dealt with so it was easy to pick up the conversation each time I phoned. Home set up was easy. Only complaint is we found out on the day there was an additional (optional) charge of £45 for a weather proof cover to go over the wires (where they go into the house). Didn't think this was fair when you believe you've paid everything already it felt like a sneaky add on for something that seems to be a necessity.

Hi - Glad all is going well. Re the waterproof boxes these are an optional extra and are rarely used as in most cases we can find an internal power supply to use but if the owner requests a power source externally or there is not suitable indoor socket we offer an external option. These are not part of the system and as well as the waterproof box we also have to fit a fly lead hence the extra charge.
