The fence is awesome, the service was great, even though machine that buries the wire broke down, set the wire above ground so we still could use the service. Then came back to finish as soon as it was fixed. The system walkthrough was great, worked well with the dogs.

We had our fence put on two years ago and the whole Dogwatch team was amazing. I was impressed from the very start. Last week the cable company cut the fence line burying a cable. We have used the Dog Watch underground fence since 1994. We bought it here in New York State took the unit to Tennessee in 1995 and back again to New York in 2010. We tried to install new wire ourselves but after having to call Billone Fence to find the breaks in it several times had them come and install the wire for us. It's been well worth the money spent, has only broken once since then when we had some yard work done. They have always been very responsive when we have had a break and it is fixed in a matter of a couple days at most. I would highly recommend Billone Fence and the Dogwatch underground System.

I got the hidden fence for a bloodhound golden retriever I adopted, and it was the best decision ever. She is stubborn and being a bloodhound she always has her nose to the ground so in order to keep her out of the road I chose to get the hidden fence and it works great for her.
