DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

Dave was the best, and the installation was quick and easy.

We are a long time and happy customer of Dog Watch. When we had to move a fence on one side of our property we scheduled a Service Call with Dog Watch. The Team that responded included Tom Grey from Dog Watch of South Florida and our new Local Dealer Ron Knight - Dog Watch of the Treasure Coast. They came to fix our issue and ended up completely re-wiring our entire installation - around 14 acres - turns out that they felt the original installation has used a couple of different gauge wires and they felt it best to make our system perfect. We were happy to pay for the extra work we needed and were VERY HAPPY when they said that they had to make our system compliant with Dog Watch's high standards. Dog Watch Corporate stepped up and made this happen for us. Summary: Excellent Service, Excellent People, Great Communication. Stand behind their product(s). Fence performs beyond our expectations!

AMAZED! I was extremely skeptical about getting a dog fence. People told me the Jack Russell cannot be contained. They will run right through. But after speaking with Tippy and Dave, they convinced me that was untrue. The Hidden Fence was the best purchase I ever made. I have peace of mind. My dogs stay contained. They were easily trained. I love that Dave and his staff continue to be available to answer questions and troubleshoot. I love my DogWatch Hidden Fence!!!

Nelson is great is there for you after the sale for sure....we have called him many times!!!

What a wonderful company to deal with. David and Kathy are the best. They were friendly, honest, patient and had my dog's safety as their prime concern. I researched many companies and I picked the right company to deal with. When I have had questions they have been extremely helpful. They have allowed me and my dog to enjoy our new backyard; I could not be happier. I have zero reservations in recommending them to anyone who is looking for a hidden fence. If your looking for people who love dogs and want what is in the best interest of your dog David and Kathy are the ones to deal with. Thank You David and Kathy for everything!!!! Rick Bloom

DogWatch of the Northshore is really great service for us. We bought our dog's electric fence 18 years ago and after about 10 years, we did have a wire cut when a workmen was digging in our yard for a different reason. Dogwatch came and fixed our perimeter wire and got us working again in a short time. We needed new battery for the collar a only 2-3 times in the 16 years of our first dog's life. Now we have a new dog, and the original collar did need replacing finally. We only had to pay small amount since the transmitting unit has lifetime guarantee. The perimeter wire needed one repair (due to external reason) in 18 years. We are very happy with their service and the DogWatch perimeter fence.

I have two lab puppies and one of them was a very stubborn learner- he bolted right through at collar setting one - I had Hidden Fences come and help me set the collar to level 3 - he-Cocoa- no longer leaves the area - Hidden Fence - owner/trainer worked with me to help me manage my puppies - he was patient and understanding with me - I am very grateful - the puppies are doing great thanks!

Ryan really worked with me to accommodate my schedule. He also called and checked in to make sure everything was working. I very much appreciate the quality, and the follow up! Highly Recommend!
