Efficient service

Cannot fault dedication to getting this containment system right for cats but had a few teething problems with the right collars and fobs for the kittens and Siamese. Once set up, the Siamese have not strayed. The Bengal is an escape artiste but she is crossing the wire less and less 12 months on. Customer service is really great and friendly. I would definitely use this company again were I to move. Thanks Dog fence!

Very well done and effective, though there was a long delay in getting the precise collar we asked for and many calls had to be made before we got it. Polite and helpful person who set up the fence here, but some difficulty in getting attention when we were worried about certain issues.

I wish they had a 4.75 for the rating! The product is excellent. Heidi and her dog are both great with people and dogs. Heidi's presentation and instructions were generally very good. My constructive comment would be that some of us older folks don't hear the collars beep. So when she was showing us how to calibrate the disc for counter top use it was quite confusing. We figured it out a little later and all is great! We also thought she was going to return for a third follow up. We were disappointed when that didn't happen. Everything is great. I think we were just anxious to see her and her dog again. They are both so enjoyable!

The installation is good- can’t see wire anywhere. It’s working. The flags were rather randomly placed, so I went and placed them all exactly where the beep sounded. Now the dog gets it. Flags mean beeps. It would have been really helpful for the installers to spend 1/2 hour or so demonstrating the training, but that didn’t happen. The handbook is really poor. Doesn’t tell you what the flashes mean. Does one flash mean no shock? Or lowest shock? It’s unclear. I got the equipment and the installation - very expensive, but no training and poor handbook- so you have to figure all that out be yourself. The dog was scared of the beeps, so I bought dog repellent spray and sprayed between the flags and wire for a few days- no shock collar. He got the idea. Now the collar is on - one flash. Guess that’s beep only???

I absolutely love the product and to my surprise it has been easy to train my three dogs, with a few exceptions in the beginning... The staff have all been wonderful, the only complain is the sales/ installer wasn’t as knowledgeable about the newest system that I purchased.. the collars that communicate with our app isn’t in real time and isn’t as useful as I would have hoped. With that being said, I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

The good news is that the product works great. The bad news is that several weeks after the installation I needed to call to have someone come back to bury the wire.

I feel better now that there is new owners. Needed them twice and they were very responsive and reasonable
