This is true. No hidden or invisible fence can keep other critters OUT of the yard, and we make no claims that it can. The hidden fence is effective at keeping your pet IN your yard where you are better able to monitor/supervise them and where they will be safe from wandering off unattended or into the street or other places they should not be.

Darrel and Margaret, Thank you for your review. As you noted, your dogs have been contained after I switched you out from Invisible Fence to DogWatch. Training was not required, in my estimation, because your dogs were already familiar with the concept of the fence. Had I deemed that your dogs needed additional training at the time of the switch over, I would have provided that service. I am available to you on an ongoing basis if you believe that your dogs will require any additional training. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or concerns. Thank you for allowing me to be of service to you.

Hi Monika and Jeff. Not sure what you have going on in your yard, but I know we can figure it out! Could one of you give us a call at 402-392-1869 please? In order to answer your questions and resolve any possible issues, I need a little more information! Please ask for Jon when you call. Thank you!

Hello Sara. I completely understand your issue with the collar selection. Many customers ask for a color we do not offer (especially pink) or prefer leather. Punching holes in a leather strap works great, as you know, for those customers who purchase one on their own. FYI whenever we install the fence for a puppy that shortly thereafter outgrows the original collar, we provide the next size up at no charge. We would be happy to mail one of those out if you would like to have a "back-up". Just need to clarify the size. Thanks!

Oh gosh! Sounds like some additional training may be needed. There is no point in having the fence if you are not comfortable using it. Give your local DogWatch Dealer a call to let them know that your pups may need a little more training. And/or you can call our Customer Service team for advice.
