Fantastic Experience
We first came across Keith (and DogWatch) after being scammed by the local Invisible Fence company (stay away - they took our deposit, then claimed they had no record of the money or of us as customers. We never got our money back). We called DogWatch and haven't looked back. Keith was fantastic to deal with, he is very friendly, professional and clearly loves his job and dogs too. We just moved to a new house and installed a second system with Keith, who remembered our family and again provided us with a great fence system. If you are comparing the two companies - PLEASE - give these honest and hard working people your business. We are very, very happy DogWatch customers!

Wow!!! Thank you so much for the five star review Emma. Let me start by saying, We are glad you found us. Sorry you had that happen to you :( We really appreciate your kind words and are more than glad to help when needed. It is all about your dogs :) (and cats too) We are very much pet people and I would like to think that, that shows and speaks volumes. Do not hesitate to call us if you need us!!! Thank you, Trixie and Keith

I had Holly and Randy install the fencing for my two rescue babies over 4 years ago. Randy spent a really long time teaching me the easiest way to get my very shy dog to know her boundaries. He was so professional and patient and won both my dog and myself over in minutes. Since installation, Holly has come twice to repair damage to my fence from impatient lawn guys, never a recrimmination and ALWAYS pleasant and professional. They are wonderful folks offering an exceptional product/service.

Forever Grateful!
This may sound a bit dramatic but this fence has been life changing! Our dogs, who once drove us crazy, are once again a part of our family! They love the new freedom of being able to run! Thank you Dog Watch!! We are forever grateful!

Worthwhile investment.
The system works like a charm and is neat and tidy. Paul was thorough and patient doing a great job of the installation and training of Lucy and us!

20 year customer
I like this company! We've had our system for almost 20 years, and with 2 dogs. I did forget to change the collar's battery once, and our border collie figured it out. Dogwatch came out and helped me "re-train" her, and we haven't had a breakout since. Nice local business.
