I was hesitant about getting an invisible fence for my little Yorkies - I wasn’t sure if the collars would be too big/powerful, and/or if it would contain their running! However, we’ve had our fence for a little over a month, and it’s working amazingly! Even when animals (that my pups love to chase) come and go in the yard, my babies will run after them until they start hearing the warning sound and immediately back off. The only downside that I’ve experienced thus far is that, on the off chance they get so scared and go through the fence, they are even more afraid to come back through! Being runners, they don’t want to come back, but we’re working on teaching them the safe word for coming back into the yard. The K9 team was terrific to work with - they met my needs, answered ALL of my questions, and I truly felt as if they cared about my pups.

We have had Dog Watch since the end of September and it has been worth every penny paid! Our dealer, Roy was professional, and so very helpful. The install went very well and the instruction and training Roy has provided for our two dogs has been spot on. He knows his product which I expected, but his knowledge and experience in dog training came through for us in helping our dogs acclimate to their boundaries. Both dogs now go outside free to run and play with each other as it should be. We on the other hand do not have to restrict them and it has been a joy for us to watch them at play. Thank you Dog Watch and Roy for all you and the products do to make our dogs' life fun!

Teresa is the main point of contact and was patient, easily accessible and answered all our questions. Dave did the installing of the "fence" and was very easy to work with and accommodating. After the install, Teresa came over on two occasions and did the dog training and that was about all it took. We got the upgraded system with the app that allows you to see how much activity the dogs are getting as well as if they are testing the fence. Though expensive, the upgraded system is still hundreds less than the other, better known, dog fence company. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend DogWatch by Billone Fence.

Dogwatch has allowed me piece of mind that my dogs are safe and will not be running past the perimeter that we have set for them. We have lots of wild life coming through the farm so the dogs used to chase them into the woods out of sight. I have recommended dogwatch to everyone in the area and all my friends and family. The electric fence has been great for our dogs. It was nice to work with someone who cares about your dogs and getting them trained properly, not just installing the fence. Rob is very knowledgeable, the training and follow up you receive through him is why I recommend DogWatch.
