Ryan is there to help
Ryan is there to help if needed after the install. I am having some problems at times keeping my two Lab pups within the perimeter. He is working with me to solve this problem and at this time its getting better as break outs are few and far between. I am very optimistic that this will work in the end. Thank you for your continued support.

We are so happy to hear your dogs are staying in their boundaries and those new collars have been more effective. Your sweet lab pups are just doing what they were bred to do.....hunt. Those instincts, combined with puppy energy, can make the learning process a bit longer. Keep being consistent with the training protocol, praise, and be patient. We are also optimistic they will eventually fully respect those boundaries in time. You have smart dogs and are great pet owners! Thank you for sharing your feedback and taking the time to give us a 5 star review. Your support is greatly appreciated and we are always here if you need anything.

Great service
Great service. Prompt and very helpful with installation and training. Would highly recommend. The smart fence is a great option that allows you to monitor activity of your pet , monitors collar battery, as well as ensuring the fence is functioning properly all from your phone. It is so nice to be able to let our two dogs out and feel confident they are safe and secure.

Great service
Roy and Kim have been great, every step of the way. No high pressure sales, available for consultation, really geared towards the success of the dog. Am looking forward to having our dogs fully trained (we are on our way) and I know they are available if I have questions or concerns. I fully recommend this system.
