DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

The installation was no hassle for us, and the installer was accommodating to the unique challenges of our property.

I have had the best experience with this company. The fence was installed quickly and the installer took the time afterwards to walk me through how everything worked and to start the initial training with our German Shepherd/Lab mix. There was an issue that came up about 2 weeks later; I called them to ask about it and they came out right away to check that everything was working correctly and to adjust the settings and, no more issue! Then they came out AGAIN, with no complaints, when a company doing yard work for us cut through the line, and reconnected the wire. And came out AGAIN when I lost the collar! James came out with a device they have to keep pets off of furniture and for half an hour walked my entire house and yard until he found it, buried under leaves. I had put the collar on her when I was half asleep and, of course, didn't put it on all the way so it fell off! I can't remember working with a company who cares as much about their customers as DogWatch does. It feels like once they've installed the fence you turn into family. If you are looking to have an underground fence installed you can't go wrong with these guys!

Lawrence the owner did my install several years ago. He was a complete professional, a pleasure to work with. I called around and DogWatch makes the best system. The batteries in the dog's collar last up to 2 years, not like Invisible fence that was double the cost for install and need to change batteries every 2 to 3 months. I reached out to Lawrence to do the install for my parents' new Border Collie. Once again, timely professional first rate install, no cutting corners. I am general contractor by trade and know enough to see if people are trying to scrimp on the install so they can get out of there as fast as possible. Lawrence and his nephew Johnathon take all the time needed to do a first-rate job. If you pay to have a professional install done, the entire job is guaranteed for life even acts of God like lightning strikes that no surge suppressor will stop. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Dogwatch is an extremely professional and knowledgeable company. They return calls immediately and are always helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!!

The fence works very well. I had some damage done by a lawn service and Top Dog came very quickly and repaired the fence.

I love It. It works. Turns my dogs around fast. I highly recommend Perry fence to everyone. Very professional and neat clean work.

Eddie was great to work with! Efficient and professional ! Quick and easy...

What a super outfit and product. I have had this system on my property for over 18 years and NO issues. Laid enough wire to outline my 5+ acres including crossing a creek 2 times. Always had 2-3 dogs and they know the lines and now so do the squirrels and woodchucks, the deer on the other hand give them a run for my money but never crossed. I have had to replace a few collar boxes but my pups play rough and the boxes sometimes don’t stand up to pit bull jaws. Funny thing is when I do take collars off for a burger run they feel naked until the smell of BEEF ! Can’t say enough good !
