DogWatch Hidden FencesReviews of dogwatch.com

We have two cats and installed the dog watch system ourselves by fixing it to the perimetre fence on our lifestyle block. Prior to getting it we had lost 3 cats on the road within 15 months. Our cats are now safe and don’t even notice their collars. They have free access to the outdoors 24/7 and we never have to worry. Were delighted!

Our puppy has grown considerably and needed a larger collar. We ordered it and within 3 days we received the new collar...great company, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Excelent install and service.

Our local dealer Kriger Fencing and your customer service both did a great job. Everyone was very helpful.

DogWatch honors their lifetime warranty. My dog cracked the case of the collar receiver (it continued to work). I got a replacement in a couple of days.

I am terrible remembering names, but the lady on the phone and in the office was absolutely wonderful helping me figure out what I needed to get my puppies equipment up to date. One collar had a broken receiver which the lady helped me replace and another collar had a dead battery which she took care of. She was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and a great example of quality customer service. Dog Watch is a fantastic company and its people are very customer oriented. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an underground dog fence!

From the beginning of the quote through training our pup; this company has been amazing and so helpful. They explained the whole process, answered our questions, and explained pricing options.

I have had wonderful experiences with Dogwatch. They have come out several times to help me with broken lines and napping out my fence before having work done in my yard. They are always prompt to reply, on time and very friendly. We love our Dogwatch fence and highly recommend this company.
