I would give them 10 starts if I could!!! This company went above and beyond for me. Whenever i had a question, their customer service has always been very helpful in answering any questions I had. In addition to a helpful customer service team, when my dog went deaf they sent me out a vibrating collar to try out since she couldn't hear the beeping. They allowed me to try out both and told me to just return whichever one i didn't want at the end of the month. During that time I herniated some disks in my back and was laid up for a while and unable to return the collar on time. When I called them, they were completely understanding and gave me plenty of time to recuperate and send back the collar later. Every interaction I have had with anyone in this company has been pleasant, and I would and have recommend them on that alone, not to mention the product itself! I had a different fence previously and it would fail constantly allowing my dog to run free in the neighborhood. Once I replaced it with my DogWatch Hidden Fence, I have had absolutely zero issues or failures. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier! If you are considering a hidden dog fence, you couldn't go with a better Company, and their 2 year battery for the collar is a huge bonus! This company deserves your business.

This was a most wonderful experience. Jason and Jacob were outstanding. They explained everything to us and got the fence in fast. And this is a BIG FENCE. Jason also came back during a day when my wife could be home and helped by explaining things again. Jason also came back a few times to work with our dogs personally and that was fantastic. If I ever need a dog fence again - You Bet 100% DogWatch of Northeast Wisconsin will get the call. Jason also has a degree in animal psychology.. Who knew there was such a thing? lol Ye this guys was awesome!

I couldn't be happier with the results. When Quigley's instinct to chase takes over it stops at the boundary. He has bolted out the door and after deer or birds and stops before the flags. He has gone a full week with no zaps. Thank You so much

We are very happy with our Dog Watch Invisible Fence. Matt is professional, experienced and friendly. He is great with our dogs. We have a new puppy and needed an additional collar for him. He also helped us with an area in the house we needed our new pup to stay away from. Our system inside and outside of the house is working great. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and the Dog Watch products to our friends and neighbors.

They came on a drizzly day to install. We walked the perimeter so they could install exactly where I wanted it. Both guys (sorry, forgot names) were friendly and professional. When project was finished, we did some training with the two dogs. One later dashed through but I adjusted the collar level. This solved the issue. From start (initial phone contact) to finish (replacing grass and training tips, I am pleased with DogWatch of SE OH. They also provide maintenance and repair service.

System works great and it is so worth the peace of mind it provides. My little puppy used to run to every neighbor she saw but since our fence she behaves and never crosses the boundary. Guests are amazed how easily she was trained. Love it!!!!
