Let me say I am so glad I finally decided to invest in a hidden fence system. Dogwatch was easy to deal with....the installer prompt and courteous. However, I am surprised at how unsecured the wire is. I have it running through wooded sections, natural gardens, and lawns. It crosses the driveway. I dig in gardens ( to garden). When asked, they did quickly come back and stake down several sections. I still have most of the training flags up 6 mos. later because if I don’t see them, I am sure I will not see the wire and accidentally trip or otherwise tear it. PS: the dogs trained in a day.

Good service and thorough job!

I recently wrote a two star review for dogwatch. The weather in our area has been terrible and I believe our local office has been very busy so response time had been a little slow. However Bob came out today and was extremely thorough and helpful. Originally, barb over the phone, thought the problem was with the fence itself however it turns out that the problem is our headstrong 95 pound black lab. So hopefully Bob came up with a good solution. Back to training!

The initial training could have been a bit more thorough but it takes owner reinforcement anyway so we were good to go.

Best thing I ever did getting an in ground fence from Stateline Dog Watch. My dogs can go outside and run --and chase their number one enemy, the squirrels, as much as they like. They have never broken through the fence in the many years I have had the system.

Troy does a fine job in running his biz. Very knowledgeable on all facets of the entire system. Will definitely continue w/DogWatch and continue to refer Troy to all interested. Brad H.

We lost our last dog to an accident when our self-installed underground fencing kept failing (I so miss her). We have had DogWatch installed for a few years now and have had absolutely no problems. The only hesitation is the cost of additional collars. The installation cost was high but expected, but I watch other dogs on a regular basis and it would be nice to buy extras if the cost wasn't so prohibitive.

Works great and Guy and his daughter have been amazing about ongoing maintenance and issue resolution. Highly recommended!
