Stellar company. I ordered 3 dog tags. Super cute. They had not arrived after a couple weeks. I called and a new order was shipped out without question. Arrived in only a couple days. The tags are personal, sturdy and simply make me smile!

always a good bargain and such a great selection

The enamel chips off easily. The rubber circle that encases the tag broke off within a few days. The tag was smaller than expected. While shipping and customer service was great, I would not buy another tag through this company.

Thank you for your feedback! Please remember that every tag we sell is guaranteed for the life of your pet. If you ever have an issue we will replace the tag with a brand new one. The typical Dog Tag Art tag should last for years before it becomes illegible or needs to be replaced as can be seen on the many reviews where customers have had no issues for 4 or 5 years. Feel free to contact us and we will be happy to try and figure out what the problem might be. There could be things in your pet's environment that can cause accelerated wear, especially for a very active pet. We sincerely apologize for your issues and will always do the best we can to make sure you are satisfied.
