Great products and service, just a few nit picks
Love this service, great options, great product, fast delivery. I bought a card voucher at a local pet shop, paid $16 plus tax for it. The card said it was good for one tag and that shipping was free. I guess that the product line will change/expand, but it did not specify that it was only good for the white tags, not the metallic backed ones. No real biggie there, but not clear at time of purchase. Shipping was an additional charge, and there was NC state tax, even though I had already paid tax on the card when I bought it. That sucks, getting double-taxed. Please don't advertise free shipping if it's not included. I also purchased the respective upgrade kits for the 2 tags that I ordered. The large hardware is fine for the dog tag, but the small set for the small tag that I got for the cat, the length of is way too long -- he looked like the bass player from Pearl Jam with that mess hanging down under him. We ended up just using the little ring that came with it, but this has it dangling sideways. I also noticed that the $8 kevlar option you offer would produce the same effect. You need to have a more viable option for the kitties. I paid over $20 for this thing, I want it to sit right and for our guests to see it, because it's cool.
