What I ordered was exactly what I got in a reasonable time frame. I've made two orders and I've been happy both times. The one thing I would say is maybe the metal rings need to be a bit more stronger as over time they weaken and open up more risking the tag falling off.

I requested a replacement for my dog’s canine good citizen tag and it was sent promptly, correctly and free-of-charge. Thank you for honoring your lifetime guarantee with no hassle.

Easy order, fast shipment, great product

The tags were exactly as pictured and I got them within a week, sooner than I expected. The dogs will be giving the tags a work out since we live in a rural area, but I think they'll last a while.

Fast, accurate and beautiful. Next, test is how long it stays on the tag.

Personalized and high quality tags that have lasted longer than the dog. The tag art never chips or wears away. I have been purchasing these tags for the past 10+ years for my past 7 dogs. I love how I can capture my dogs personality through their tags.

Exceptional as always. Ordered a tag for my dog. Waited almost 2 weeks for delivery but it didn’t come at no fault to them. Contacted customer service and had another shipped to me that day. It arrived a couple days later and was the perfect Jedi tag for my Kenobi. Will continue to order all my dog tags from here.
