A huge disappointment
A huge disappointment! My tiny dog bit it (teething) & the coating came off. I could’ve bought a tag in a pet store, made out of metal that wouldn’t have been marred like this.

We are sorry for the damage that was caused to your tag from teething. A puppy teething on an ID tag is always going to result in the tag being marred whether you buy it at a pet store or not. Puppy teeth can destroy anything if you let them chew on it long enough. We would be happy to replace your tag free of charge but we always recommend that if you have a puppy who is teething that you hang the tag in a manner that they cannot get it in their mouth, if possible, until they are a little older and less likely to chew things up.
