I am happy with the product. I attempted to speak with "anyone" from this company. Left several messages for customer service and tech support..... never received a call back. The product arrived and no return call... I wanted to ask a question about the color of the tag then after not being able to talk to anyone I placed the order... then the order completion screen gave me a reply that I did not have an order in their system. I called again this time I wanted to speak with tech support. Until now no reply from anyone..As I mention I got the tag and is fine, however I probably will not buy from them again.

Love Dog Tag Art for the myriad choices of colors, designs, and sizes for my dog. I try to coordinate the tag to the collar and DTA does not disappoint. I have several Lupine collars that DTA has the exact pattern for the tag. The engraving is always spot on. Fast delivery, too!

Bought 2 tags, 1 for Dog, 1for me. Tag is info painted on, not engraved. Mine is on my skin 24/7, i hope the ink is skin-safe. This way i have her microchip & AKC numbers w me always. I minused 1 star for not being engraved.
