Dog Tag ArtReviews of dogtagart.com

We found exactly what we were looking for when no one had it.

Love the product and all of the MANY options! Very personal! Excellent customer service so far!

I LOVE this company and the fact that I can put my dog's personality on display on ID tags. HOWEVER I have to drop a star due to their changing materials from metal to the plastic or composite or whatever it is they're using now. The artwork gets so distorted that if there are any words on it, you can't read them. Also the edges seem to get rough faster, and my dogs try to chew on each other's tags. I didn't have any of those problems with the metal ones. With those issues, it's hard for me to decide to get more tags.

The communication was not great. I sent multiple messages to find out when mu order would ship/deliver, and if I could fet a tracking number. A week later, the response was, we don't use tracking numbers, and if you don't receive it it within 3 to 5 days, we can process a new order. A week after that, I did receive it in the mail. The online pictures made the tag look like it was textured or 3 dimensional. What I did receive, was a computer printed picture on the tag. Pretty disappointing. This was a Christmas gift for a friend. I would have returned it if our gift exchange wasn't literally the day after I got in the mail. I would not buy from them again or recommend.

Cutest tag! great quality and shipping was so fast. Thank you guys so much!!!
