We are sorry that your order took a long time to get to you. We have looked up your records and you placed your order on Sept. 18th. We shipped out your order on Sept. 19th. Your order arrived at your local post office on Sept. 23rd and should have been in your mailbox that day. It should have only taken 3 business days to reach you. If it took longer than that you might have an issue with the USPS or your local post office. We did absolutely everything in our power to get your one-of-a-kind custom order out very quickly. Unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes your post office to deliver your mail. If it ever takes longer than 5 business days to receive your order please call us and let us know and we will be happy to rush a replacement shipment out to you, free of charge.
