The tag I ordered appeared to be washed out and faded. The lettering on the back was crooked also. I emailed customer service twice and never got a response. I didn’t give it 1 star because when I called customer service they did credit my account.

the wrong phone number was given for the dog tag, and with one email the number was corrected, so i recieved a beautiful St. Francis tag with all the correct information to protect my baby dog.
