I needed a new badge with the proper insignia. Dog Art had exactly what I wanted and it is a sturdy quality . The crew at Dog Art responded very quickly to my request. The glow in the dark protector is a great addition for my night missions.

My dog's tag turned out PERFECTLY! I had chosen the "Xena, Warrior Princess" one and had asked if they could replace the "Princess" with "Puppy." They did, and my Xena, Warrior Puppy is so happy❤ I am, too, and also because while she can catch the tag and try to bite it, it doesn't mar up like a metal one would! AWOOOOO!!

I like the designs of tags on the website. I don't like that I had to get a replacement tag because my pup chewed up the tag as soon as I put it on his collar. I liked how fast the replacement came in. I love that you can request a replacement and they send it out right away. I only wish I could put our address on it the tag along with the vleash info too. They should really make the leash chew resistant. Will recommend to others.

Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to produce a product that a pet cannot chew up eventually if they can get it in their mouth and bite on it repeatedly. This is especially true of puppies as they are much more prone to chewing and have very sharp teeth. They do eventually grow out of this behavior. Most ID tags will become damaged if chewed on repeatedly. We do suggest that, while your pet is young, you hang the tag in a way that your pup cannot get to it and chew it, if possible. We will continue our search for a material that cannot be chewed up by puppy teeth, but in the meantime our lifetime guarantee will have you covered!

Your fully personalized custom tag shipped less than 24 hours after you placed the order. It should have arrived to you in no more than 5 business days. Please call us at 1-855-364-8242 or visit the "Contact Us" page on the website. Unfortunately, if you do not contact us we do not know that there is an issue with the delivery of your order. It is possible that your order got misplaced by the USPS on its way to you or there might be an issue with your address on file. Either way, we are happy to ship you out a new order via expedited shipping, free of charge. The USPS does occasionally make mistakes and we always want to make sure you get the tag you ordered.

Easy company to work with. They make fantastic products. Could not be happier with the tags my two Australia Shepherds have.
