The CGC tag we got for Max A. Million is great! We’ll get one for Mon Cherie soon too. The tag itself is very solid and highly legible, unlike many other tags. I didn’t realize the soft border around the tag would glow in the dark! Kinda cool because I can see where he is outside looking for it.

I love DogTagArt!! My puppies look fantastic in their new tags and they fit their personalities perfectly!! I would highly recommend them but only if you love your pup and want them to look stylish!! I also love the rubberized ring that comes with each tag to keep the tag from getting beat up banging against their license.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve ordered dog tags over the past few years. The process of personalizing the dog tags is really easy and straightforward. Shipping took close to 2 weeks, but the end product is great! This order was for a gift for my parents’ new dog. Will definitely come back for more as we add to our pet family!

I purchased the Best Friends tags, I thought they are very original, adorable and sized right for my pups (Papillons) and the for my sister's Beagles!! They are getting their tags as a Christmas gift, and I am sure they will love the idea!!

I love my dog tag! I was able to put both my name and my boyfriends and both of our numbers. It is not too big. Very clear text. And the front side is so cool with the art! His name is Goose from top gun and that’s exactly what this tag exemplifies! Bravo!

I have ordered these tags for years. I even buy the rubber ring to go around the tags. After a couple of months the lettering starts to wear and peel away. I have two dogs right now that need new tags because you can’t read their info anymore. And your prices went up to almost 20 dollars for a tag??!!! I have bought them as low as 10-12 dollars at Petsmart and petco. Just ordered some new ones for the rescues here one last time to see if they last. Won’t be buying again.

Thank you for your feedback! The price increase is simply because we upgraded our tags in Feb. 2020 to be more durable and address the issues you spoke about at the beginning of your review. There are no more issues with the lettering "peeling" or wearing away. Our new upgraded tags are more durable. They are unlike any other tag in the world and will last many many years. While the tags did go up in price due to better materials and construction, we also started offering free shipping at the same time to offset this for our customers. The old price was $12.99 + $3.98 shipping charge ($16.97). Our new tags are $19 with free shipping. So, for a little over $2 you get a much better tag that solves the issues you were concerned about. Plus it is guaranteed for the life of your pet. We will replace it without any questions. Also, please keep in mind that, in the middle of a pandemic, everyone around the world is seeing issues with inflation and supply chain issues. Our costs have risen over 60% in the last year alone yet we have kept our price at $19 during this entire time. Our product is completely made in the USA and we have not switched to overseas suppliers to save money because we believe in having our product made here and we also believe that our awesome employees deserve fair pay and a living wage for the great work that they do. We realize their are a lot of options for cheaper pet ID tags. Yes, you can buy a cheaper tag at a big chain for $10 - $12. It doesn't have a lifetime guarantee like we do. It doesn't offer the hundreds of design options and flexibility that we do. It wont be full color. Shallow engraving means that the lettering can wear down quickly which can make it difficult to read the important information that is so critical to getting you pet home quickly if they get lost. For a few dollars more you can get a tag with all those advantages that will be replaced for the life of your pet if needed. We hope you like the newer upgraded tags you ordered! We appreciate your concerns and I hope I have addressed them in a manner that makes sense.

Great price for a unique dog tag. Turn around time was fast, and shipping was fast as well. Thanks

I just adopted a mutt and she needed an ID in case she wandered off. The tag was so nice and the printing is very clear. Thanks for the choices you give.
