The no pull harness really works and it looks good and its durable. Shipping was on time. Personalized name was done properly. Good experience all around!

Fit is great. Dog is happy. I like the removable name tags, high vis strap, handle on back if tighter control needed.

Ordering was easy. The products have been a life changer for me and my dog. I recently had to have collarbone surgery so I couldn't walk my dog, but once I healed, the bungee leash along with the harness where I could connect my pup to the front of her versus on her back made a big difference in her walking. We are back to walking again. I am telling everyone about the bungee leash. Great products.

Our order did not come correctly, When I checked it was my error--we ordered two dog vests, one for each of our Goldens. Sadly my order only had the name of one dog. I had to get special help to order just the correct name tag for the second dog. But everyone was friendly, helpful, nd understanding and now the 2nd dog has his own name tag!!

Overall the harness helps my dog to not pull. The only issue is the harness slides to the side and won't stay in place.

It worked just like it said it would. Our dogs are definitely not pulling. Easy to put on. The only thing that I would suggest to make it better because we have an Italian greyhound mixed with a Chihuahua. The chest is really big, but the hair is really thin, so it chafes on his skin. So we made a nice soft wool cover to cover up the buckle. And that seemed to work really well. Not your problem, though that’s just because of the kind of dog we have. The other dog we have it fit just perfectly no problems at all. my wife says she really loves the leash.
