I purchased an item for my dog on 28 August 2026. Tracking stopped updating on 11 September, and when I contacted the seller on 28 September, I was told delivery would take another 10 days. After I lodged a PayPal dispute, the tracking suddenly showed repeated movements within NSW before moving to Queensland, despite the parcel still not arriving in Melbourne by 18 October. PayPal subsequently confirmed that the tracking was invalid and refunded me. The suspicious tracking pattern raises serious concerns that it was deliberately used to mislead buyers, delay refunds, and run out the time limits for credit card chargebacks and PayPal disputes.

Dogplaybox is a scam..order a snuffle toy for my dog..it was ordered 26 august 2026 $28.00. Have been waiting 22days for it and was told 10days.Have contacted them and have received the same generated reply 3 times..I have accepted that I have been scammed by these losers,who do not care about honesty. Never order again from them.They are scammers.and the communication with them is non existent..Read reviews before ordering online ..

Received a refund for faulty item. Customer service was a bit hit and miss

Very bad customer service. Doesn't reply back. Wanted to replace my M size leash to L size as it doesn't fit my dog. Got 2 emails. 1 says end a photo. So I did to show that it doesn't fit my dog. 2 email says it is not a quality issue so they cannot replace. Really? Who has such policy of no replacing the itne because it is quality. I am no questioning the quality. It does not fit my dog. I am still waiting for a reply from this company.

Awful customer service the item is not what it states on the web site, they will never offer a refund even though you are entitled to one. Do not buy from here

BUYER BEWARE. My lil shorkie loves them. After 1st use handle broke off. Now won't hold a charge. No response from company.

Still waiting for my dog toy. It says is out for delivery. Said chicago ID not IL them some obscure place in ID and Utah. Has anyone gotten a refund? I am not holding my breath . Such a scam.
