I've tried TWICE in 2 weeks to return an unused supplement that was sent to me AFTER I cancelled the autoship. On top of that, my dog actually died during this time and I really can't use the product anymore. The returns link on the site has been broken for at least 2 weeks. I've sent 2 emails and no response. I commented about this on their Instagram and they got right back to me, asking me to send another email right away. That was a week ago - still no response.

Gave both my dogs bloody diarrhea.

I seen a lot of advertisements about how good this products was for dogs. I was excited to try it for skin and coat. I received vitamin around first of June 2025 within a few days my dog started having diarrhea and unable to cintrol his bowels. Thought maybe he ate something that did not agree with his stomach. After 2 days of diarrhea, noticed blood in stool that then turned to straight blood within 7 to 10 days of starting the vitamin. Ended up at the vet with 2 medications one of which was an antbiotics and another for the diarrhea. No parasites found. Advised to stop the vitamin as that was the only thing new that had changed recently. I will never try this product again. Expensive product and a waste of money.

These supplements gave my dog diarrhea immediately- twice. I thought the first time might have been from something else but I tried again and we had the same result. Very disappointed.

I ordered some dogishuman vitamins for my dog for 29.99. My dog wouldn’t have anything to do with them and my other dog got sick after eating one. That’s not the worse thing, a week later there was a 49.99 charge on my card that was not from me. It’s not a safe site so be careful. I will never order from this company again. I had to cancel my card!! 👎👎👎

Dog is Human caused my dog to have glands issues and made her allergies worse. It is not true it stops them from licking their paws. My dog has allergy issues from something outside in California and I thought this might also help her and it made her worse. Also, I tried to return it and not only would they not allow me to return it they sent me more of it and charged my card that I had declined I'm still t working with my credit card to not be charged for it nor will they let me return it again! Dog is human even went as far as contacting my credit card with all this bogus information and spent all this time to fight me on this for $43. That goes to show their mentality! They have no phone number to call to speak to anyone and when they send you an email back it's very generic and also on the rude side. They fought with my credit card company to continue to charge me the $43 and beware of companies where there is no phone number to call. This Dog is Human is a scam and a racket! My bad for not double checking with my veterinarian as almost all veterinarians do not want your dog to take this supplement! I hope that you don't have to go through the agony I've been through with this terrible company

I wanted to love Dog is Human. I really did. But after giving my French Bulldog their supplements twice—months apart—he had the same severe skin reaction both times. Within days, he developed red, inflamed patches along his spine and rear. Hair loss followed. He wasn’t itching like crazy, but the irritation was undeniable. The first time, I wasn’t sure. This time, there’s no question: it was triggered by this product. Frenchies are known for sensitive skin, but that’s exactly why supplement companies need to be ultra transparent about every ingredient and its possible effects. I combed through the label—there are multiple ingredients known to trigger sensitivities (fish oil, yeast derivatives, herbs), yet nowhere do they warn dog owners about potential allergic or inflammatory responses. If your dog is even remotely sensitive or allergic-prone, I would steer clear. This brand is marketed as science-based, but they completely ignore how dangerous “everything-in-one” supplements can be for vulnerable breeds. Disappointed, frustrated, and now out money and stuck with a vet bill.

It will be more than 12 business days before I receive my second order due to USPS losing the shipment. Dog is Human does not offer any expedited shipping even when their “courier” aka USPS loses the shipment. This means I will never know if the product is really effective after 60 days of use, because my second shipment will take 2.5 weeks to arrive. They do not guarantee the 2-5 business day delivery post 1 day processing.
