Never got to try. Shows delivered to parcel locker at post office but post office has no record of it. It’s small enough to fit in a mail box so why they supposedly sent it to a parcel locker makes absolutely no sense. Currently fighting for a refund now. If you need something fast or even delivered at all, this isn’t what you want.

My dog has been on these supplements for several months, we have gone through almost 3 full jars and there was zero improvement.

No difference in my dogs morning scratching in 3 weeks of use.

I have been a long-term customer, but I am quite disappointed with my most recent experience. My order was lost, and I found it difficult to get assistance, as there appears to be no dedicated customer service team. My communications were limited to email exchanges, which unfortunately did not resolve my issue. There seemed to be a disconnect between the representative’s responses and my requests for either a reshipment or a refund, as I never received the item. After several emails, I received no further responses. Regrettably, this situation has led me to take additional steps, including filing a dispute with my bank due to the transaction. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with companies that do not offer direct phone support for resolving issues.

I only intended to order this product one time, but I have now been charged and sent additional monthly orders 4–5 times. I also contacted the company through their website a couple of weeks ago asking them to address this, but the shipments and charges have continued. This has been frustrating and disappointing. I am asking the company to cancel any recurring subscription connected to my account immediately, stop all future charges and shipments, and refund the recent orders that were sent after I already tried to contact them. I would not recommend ordering unless you are absolutely sure you understand whether you are signing up for a recurring subscription.

I can tell by the experiences of some dog owners I know including myself that had problems with this stay safe guys

Horrible experience. Shortly after starting this product, both of my dogs became seriously ill. My Chihuahua developed severe diarrhea, while my Maltipoo developed vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and eventually required an emergency veterinary visit after repeated vomiting, including blood in her vomit. This resulted in multiple vet visits, medications, emergency care, and hundreds of dollars in veterinary expenses. It was an extremely stressful experience for both my dogs and my family. While I cannot say with absolute certainty that the vitamins were the cause, the timing was very concerning. Both dogs became sick after starting the product and both improved after the vitamins were discontinued and they received veterinary treatment. Based on my experience, I will never purchase this product again and cannot recommend it to other dog owners.

I gave according to daily instructions to both of my two dogs, one large, one small. BOTH dogs got very ill....diarrhea, vomiting, couldn't keep anything down. Cancelled subscription after only giving a small amount of the original order.
