I ordered one bottle to test out the product being mindful of not getting myself in to some type of subscription. 26 days later i see a charge on my card for another bottle. I immediately emailed them to notify them i did not order this product again and of course they said i signed up for a subscription. I asked for a refund and they denied that request. I mentioned i was not happy and was going to leave a bad review and they gave me a partial refund less $9.00 for a order i did not place. BEWARE

I ordered from this COMPANY 3 weeks ago and still have NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered to repeat this order every month but cancelled after this experience. What if my furbaby really needed what i ordered? This is so disrespectful they have changed my delivery date 3 times in 3 weeks sad sad sad

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered the vitamins and by doing so they lied and said I subscribed for monthly orders. No, I did not! It was a one time order. They took money illegally out of my account and I am still fighting to get my money back! Stay away from this company!

Purchased the multivitamin. Saw no improvement in licking or allergy issues but both of my dogs vomit every time they eat them! Don’t waste your money

Purchased a vitamin chew. It has given my dog diarrhea, she can’t stand the taste. The company put me on an automatic subscription with out my consent. Now I have an unopened expensive product I will never use. Plus the 1st bottle I have stopped using. I’m grateful they did turn off the auto subscription. However I’m still waiting to see if they offer a money back guarantee. I did find, unfortunately after the fact. That the BBB rated them an “F” for all the reasons I listed above and probably more. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Hope this helps someone from getting screwed like I did and your fur baby doesn’t go through what mine has gone through. 09/27/26 Update, after posting this review I did receive a refund for the 2nd unopened package. I appreciate them taking care of the problem.

Just don’t!! I can’t get my baby skin back right. It’s been almost 6 months. This product hurt my baby. She was fine before she took it. She had a beautiful coat.

I tried this product for two months. Nothing. No change whatsoever. After reading the one Star reviews I really got out of the easy, hopefully. I got charged for a third shipment and decide to cancel future shipments. What an annoying process THAT is. I only hope it took. It throws you into this loop where you listen to this obnoxious video and then have to answer a few questions that try to trick you into not canceling. It took three tries but fingers crossed I’m done with this company because they sound sketch and heck.

I placed an order with Dog as human two months ago for a 120 day supply. They created a second subscription account that I never did and sent me another 120 day supply 33 days later. When I got the email notification saying that the order was being sent. I tried to stop it and was unable to do so as a result they have billed me twice. The product has not worked for my dog and would only partially refund the second order I would not recommend buying from this company. They will get their money one way or another.
