Ordered 2 harnesses in 2 sizes and 2 safety car belts with an ad reading up to 80% off the 2 harnesses and if ordered safety belts 15-30% off. While placing the order online and entering my payment info, the page went blank and I had to reenter the account and product again. After editing the order I saw it gave me 2 harnesses the same size and one harness at a higher amount and size. I immediately tried to call and no one answered any of the numbers. Meanwhile my bank sent a n email asking me if I was the person who placed this order, which is unusual, and I responded yes I did. After several emails and chats to Dooggykingdom complaining about the erroneous order, it was never corrected. I did receive a $6.95 credit for the shipping and eventually after threats of calling the atty general in the California address listed and a fraud case with my bank did I receive $39.95 credit. Finally I told them to cancel my order and refund the money back to my account after threatening again with recourse. Today I was refunded $13.86 to my account making this a total of $60.76. My credit card was charged $139.92 so there is a difference owed of $79.16. I will be contacting the atty generals office tomorrow and starting a fraud case with my bank. Buyer beware. No idea that this is coming from China until I read reviews. And the reviews are lousy too.

Misleading shipping times. Business address is a purchased number in Florida, but the company drop-ships directly from China. No way to make 7-10 day delivery, garbage “store credit only” return policy. Poor communication for customer service. Emails took 48-72 hours for reply on anverage and the phone number is an automated tracking service with no actual customer service offered.

Do not buy their harnesses. They are cheaply made and they do not fully guarantee their lifetime warranty. I had 2 break within a year and a half and they would not replace it the 3rd time. My dog did not chew through it. The stitching came apart each time. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This has not only happened to me but a few of my family members as well. Make sure you read the fine print. I have a black and yellow lab. If you have a bigger dog stay away. They work good and very small dogs but if you have a large one do not buy from this company. You are unable to speak to anyone in authority either. Everything is done through email or chat on their website. Poorly run company with very cheaply made harnesses.

I recently received a new XL harness, replacing an older XL one that I had received as a gift. Although the harness itself was the same size as the original, the straps were very different. The velcro strap around the chest was 2 inches shorter and the buckle strap around the tummy was 5 inches shorter. The harness barely fit, and our dog had lost weight since receiving the original. I contacted the company and received an email asking that I check the current measurement chart. I had checked, and based on the listed sizes and the fact that the original one had fit, I had ordered the same size. Since then, I have emailed the company three times (once a week for three weeks) with no response. Interestingly, I was asked to write a review, which I did, but it has not been posted. As another reviewer said, only positive reviews are on the website. I do not recommend.

I ordered a winter jacket on 3/06/22 and as of 4/07/22 have yet to receive. I have made numerous inquiries as to when this may arrive and have been told to be patient. They cannot provide any helpful information outside of the tracking no. The last piece of information was that it was now in USPS hands since March 30. Attempts to get any information has been futile. They have completely removed themselves from any shipping details. I live in the US and understand that there may be delays but it has been in US since March 17. Very concerned over the legitimacy of this purchase.

I ordered a new, non-personalized winter jacket from Doggykingdom. It took two weeks to ship and four weeks to arrive. I measured our dog according to their chart. Due to some reports of under sizing, I went up a size level on all measurements. Once I tried test fitting the XL sized product on our 35lb labradoodle, I realized there was no way we could even fully zip it up. Their refund policy tells me that since I "ordered the wrong size" and opened it (not that their measurements are way off) I can only get a 40% credit to order some other poorly fit product from them. I'm not sure how I could ever test fit it on the dog without opening it but they must think it's possible. Also, when I emailed them inquiring about the slow delivery, they directed me to read "SECTION 17A - MANUFACTURE OF OUR PRODUCTS". We are now using them as an example of poor customer service with our clients at our design firm.

Ordered the winter jacket on November 11th. It's November 28th and it has not arrived. Coat comes from China so expect to wait. I would not purchase from them again.

Beware Discount codes offered and not applied! ZERO customer service. Claims to be a USA company in Florida but returns need to be shipped to Austria and product from CHINA. RUN!!!!!!! In addition Doggiekingdom has gone to extraordinary lengths to silence this review by appealing to trust pilot. I had to edit my original post twice because I mention a large trusted national company by name that has superior customer service. You may know who it is! If this company spent as much time developing a buisness strategy of honest and reasonable customer centric practices instead of trying to mute the truth they might find a scintilla if integrity.
