They were very helpful when after ordering the harness for my beloved Sadie. My fur baby was put to sleep, after much pain forced me to send her over the Rainbow Bridge. I was granted a refund for the harness that I could no longer use. I want to personally thank these wonderful people for being so sympathetic to my situation. Should I adopt another baby, I will certainly do business with them again.

Love the product but only complaint is the amount of time it takes to get it. I have ordered twice from company but first time it took 23 days and this time I still have yet to receive and its been 14 days since I ordered the product!

I purchased now a total of four harnes for our and our sons dogs. Our dogs love them they go on easy and fit well. I test fit one on our new puppy and she was like wow i am a big dog now.
