Had a mix up on the size of the harness but, it was resolved

The dog collar that I have her name put on it didn’t last very long just when they played.

Product is very well made and very easy to put on. Only downfall is how long an item takes to actually to get to you. We wanted this harness for our camping trip and of course it came the day we left.

After receiving a harness that didn’t quite fit my dog correctly they worked with me to find a solution and send a new harness. Happy with the product and customer service. They care about their customers!

It fits alittle weird but hopefully will hold good. Beautiful lettering, bright color.

UPDATE: After posting the 1 star review below, the company reached out to me immediately and apologized. It was explained that a new employee gave me incorrect information in response to my initial request. They also offered to refund my money for the second harness, plus $10 as a courtesy for the poor customer service I initially received. In addition, they told me that I could donate the unneeded harness to a local shelter, which I think is pretty awesome. I have now changed my review and rating to reflect the new outcome of this situation. The harness itself is very good quality, and much easier to get on my large, over-active dog than any other harness I have tried. I also ordered the leash which has a nicely cushioned strap but is also very strong and well made. Thank you to Mary at Doggykingdom for working to make a bad situation a little better. *** Terrible customer service. After placing my order for two harnesses we sadly had to put one of our dogs down. I emailed the company and explained what happened, asking if there was any way I could cancel the order for the now deceased dog. I was told No because it is a personalized item, and the reply did not include even one simple word of sympathy or condolence. Then I received my order and found that they had attached the personalized patches to the wrong items, they had them reversed. I emailed them to let them know and they wrote back, informing me that they were REMOVABLE and that I could simply switch them. So if that's the case, why couldn't you just let me return the one that we can no longer use?! It could easily be resold with a different personalized patch! Poor and insensitive customer service. I would never buy from you again and won't recommend you to any of my fellow pet-owners.
