Had an issue with using a coupon code but they did a great job of fixing and resolving my issue. Got it figured out and the coat does seem very nice!

Their life time guarantee is legit. My first harness kinda frayed away due to poor. Stitching, they replaced it. The replacement harness cracked in the cold Michigan weather making it useless. I have contacted doggykingdom and was assured once again that a new one was on the way. It kinda sucks to once again wait for delivery but it's worth it. My service dog Reba loves this harness and it's so easy for me to get it on her.

Harness exactly as pictured and fits good, maybe a little snug on the tummy even let out all the way. Looks SO nice! But it did take 7 weeks to get here which seems a bit excessive. Good quality.

Really excellent for my husky, not quite as perfect fit for the Cairn but overall really happy with the harness and Doggy Kingdom service

Bought pink camo harness and lead for my Great Shepard. Well made, great service, communicative folks. Easy to work with, quality products.

Customer service reached out to me and resolved my concern with my dogs harness, by chart he was small by weight. But this was too big. Please review size as weight is not the only factor in choosing harness size. I’d suggest that be made more clear on the sizing chart. Review the return policy as if you choose the wrong size it is difficult for them to change. They say the custom nature makes it impossible to restock but it’s a Velcro tab that the customization is on. Harness is available from multiple vendors. I agreed to change my rating ultimately to a four or five star rating as I had rated much lower and they offered to replace if I would raise it so they would then send me a replacement. Thanks for making me satisfied.
