Well, first if all I had no idea it was coming from China, and I even hadn't received mine yet, very disappointed in that, it has been 2 weeks, I keep checking my tracking, it saids it's at the china customs, that has even made me that more madder, what happen to made in USA.

I'd not really recommend this product/site, due to their strict return/no exchange policy. The quality of the product is decent. However, if you needed to exchange for a different size, they won't accept your request even though they claimed the harness is "personalized" when all that they personalized was a velcro tab that comes right off.

The harness I bought was too big for my dog and I went by the size chart on the website. When I contacted the website for a smaller harness they told me that I would have to buy another one because the Velcro names were customized. Um no I could just peel the name off the harness and you can mail me the right size. That’s called Good customer service. But no, you guys didn’t offer to do that so I’m not a happy customer.

The ring that you attach the leash to ripped out after about three months of use.

I originally purchased the harness because you advertised that it would stop a dog from pulling and is does not. I liked the design and easy on/off process. I purchased 3 more since then for my other dogs.

I like the harness, but it has a design flaw and the belly strap comes loose. When I reached out to you for help I was told to send a video. It is something that happens during the walk and not really something I can video. It seemed to me like you were just trying to get rid of me and not really interested in the problem. I won’t be ordering another one for my new dog.

Ordered end of March one package was lost. The other package took almost a month

The smallest product you all offer for a vest is still too big but overall delivery was pretty fast and the quality is not bad.
