Bought 2 harnesses at Christmas and it took longer than normal to get the items. Okay, that's fine...big push around Christmas, I get it. I was initially impressed but within 3 weeks, a plastic clip broke. I immediately emailed to get a replacement and was told that the liferime warranty pertained to the best itself and not the pieces but that they would replace the parts up to 2 times. They gave me a claim number and said they would get it out. It's been 3 months for a plastic clip. I have emailed multiple times and been given multiple claim numbers. Still nothing. This company is overseas and quality can be found just as good or better locally or via company based in the US. Wish I had known, I never would have ordered and will not order again. Additionally, one of our non-barrel breeds slips out of hers.
