I have three dogs and Doggy Kingdom harnesses. My older girl had the buckle break.I contacted customer service and received an immediate response. I sent photos of the broken piece and received the new harness after four days.I cannot compliment this company enough.The product is exceptional and customer service outstanding.

After chatting with customer service about the issues the size chart caused when ordering they have agreed to replace my harness even though that’s not their policy. This is the kind of customer service I am looking for. Going out of their way to help someone who has issues after the guidance on a site leaves someone confused. I will always own up to my mistakes and I respect a company that is willing to correct theirs. Bought my 7 year old dog a new harness from Doggykingdom. It was a big improvement. One clip vs 2 clips. Also easy handle.Also, got a harness for my puppy. Very light in weight for both dogs. Love the USA Flag design. Also, love the Velcro name & phone number!

DoggyKingdom has always been a fantastic company to deal with--great products and fast service and shipping! The harnesses are wonderful quality, and hold up to the hardest usage and pulling--the only thing that we've found that they don't stand up to is our sweet, cute little beagle chewing off the buckles (what he has against buckles I'll never know!)!!
