Bought 2 collars, tag keeps coming off one, had to put her old tag on.

Connector broke after a months use or so. Support said it was chewed and bitten. It was not, and I have the picture that I sent them to prove it. They offered 40% off instead of honoring their warranty.

I am rather disappointed in the harness that I purchased for my bulldog. My dog acts like it hurts her and prefers her old harness. The lease i purchased is great. The timing for delivery was disappointing as well.

We loved the bold, unique, strong harness we bought for our large dog at Christmas 2019. But in about 6 months of regular (not rough) use, the stitching came out and the metal ring that holds the leash to the harness came off. I believe it looks like the stitching may have failed on this one during manufacturing. It happens.... I reported this problem immediately to DoggyKingdom.com since we always need our harnesses and I was hoping they would expedite a replacement. Although the people (including Mary) I chatted with agreed about the claim, I never heard anything from the company about a replacement, other than 'it's in the mail'. After more than a week of waiting I had to replace the harness from another store. I don't like it as much but it works fine. UPDATE: I am pleased to say that a Doggykingdom harness replacement finally arrived last week after more than two months. We are grateful to have it I also decided to change the tone of my original post as it reflected more my frustration with the situation, than reality. In summary, this is a great harness that will likely last your dog for a long time. In the event it does have to be replaced, expect it to take some time.

Medium harness straps for a 35 pound spaniel are too long causing harness to not fit properly even after trimming they could not be secured snugly enough loopex thru the metal ring not because of trimming but due to no velcro to attach it on. After market velcro had to be purchased for securing underbelly strap. A definite redesign or modification is required.

i ordered 2 harnesses and it took quite a while for delivery. the harnesses seem to be very well made, however after less than one week of use the buckle on one of the harnesses had a piece break off. am waiting to see how good their lifetime warranty is.

I ordered a Doggy Kingdom harness on April 14 for our new dog. Since then I have had several communications with the company as the harness has not yet arrived as of June 2. Using their tracking number I was able to discover that it had cleared customs a week ago. We have still not received anything and the tracking doesn't seem to work. I can't say anything for the product but if you need a harness in less than 2 months I would look somewhere else. The harness did arrive and works as promised. Just slow to get here

The wait time of 10 1/2 weeks was frustrating.
