Your no pull harness needs a loop in the front not just on the dogs back. This is just a nice looking harness but NOT a no pull harness

I ordered the harness last summer. Loved it until the D ring broke when we were out for a walk. Emailed pictures to them on April 21st they responded that they would send me a replacement. I was very Happy with them but it's now June 17th and I still have not received replacement. I have email them many times and on May 9th a mailing label was printed but it never shows it was mailed. Everytime I email them they give me that number. I have given up and I will order from a different company. I would have been a longtime customer but will never order from them again. If you get your harness don't brake it because they won't replace it. Try a different company.

Bought the small harness for my dog. Not escape proof. My dog backed out of the harness and I had to chase her down on the street.

Shipping takes 2 months, comes from China. Don't waste your money.

I'm not surprised that this company has good reviews, they pay 10 dollars for it. If you send them a picture of your review,they'll reward you with money. I purchased a M size according to the size chart and it was way too big. I've used is a dozen or so times and have made many adjustments to allow a comfortable fit, but doesn't fit. It slides from side to side. I have 35 pound labradoodle. Also, lastly, it ships from China and took well over a month. I do not recomment this product especially with other companies selling the same product here in the US.

Company has had a major problem with shipping. I ordered in May and got contacted Monday from someone in New York who received my harness. They were kind enough to send mine. We were hoping I got theirs by mistake, however I received somebody else's. Trying to contact the other person so I can mail theirs to them. Hoping they got the one from New York so we can get theirs to them

It was great when it first came fit perfect and had his name and my number on the side. I’ve had it for quite a while it’s easy on easy off and machine washable. The problem I have is less that a year ago my 60lb border collie was on a lead in the front yard saw a a dog across the street took off and the ring the lead clips to puked right out. He was lose thank god it happened while I was home. I would definitely buy another if he out grew it But I don’t feel I should have to pay for a new one under these circumstances I know they are guaranteed and would like.a replacement. I have pictures I could send you !

Update....After a very long back and fourth they finally gave me a refund. They claim it was a new employee that obviously did not have enough training. Will I order again from them no. First impressions mean a lot. They missed the boat on that one. Way too much of a hassle. Customer service the worst. They have lost a good customer. After I purchased a retractable lease that broke on the third time I used it. They asked for a picture which we sent. Then I received a message that I have to return it and I have to pay the shipping which is most likely going back to china. I do not recommend this company at all.
