Been waiting two months for two harnesses ordered...very angry! In Maine...I thought this was USA made, had I known, would never have ordered..

Ships from China. Ordered a harness a month ago and still waiting. Misleading because it says: Shipping method FREE Shipping Today Also, I receive way too many emails from them trying to sell me more garbage, but not a single email updating the status of my order.

I ordered in this company 2 months ago & still haven’t received my orders. I contacted them many times & they just keep on telling me that it’s been shipped out & didn’t want to give me a refund. How long am I going to wait? I don’t think it will still fit my dog by the the I receive it, if I will still receive it.

Ordered the harness 2 months ago when I got my puppy and I'm still waiting for it. By the time it arrives it won’t fit my puppy as I ordered the 20-40 pound harness and she’s already over 30 pounds. What a waste of money. I had no idea this was shipping from Europe. You should have a message on your website about the wait time.

Ordered 4/6 still nothing delivered. The website says they ship within days. Three weeks ago it cleared customs in China. We have not received the harness.

Still no harness and no tracking number!! Measly 15% discount ($5) doesn’t help if you don’t get the product. Forget these people and go somewhere reputable. They just replied to say I’ve ordered from them 3 times and received packages on-time. This is an absolute lie! This is my first and last order and I still don’t have it!!!!!! Okay so after 3 months, the harness came and after an extraordinary amount of emails and harassing, they gave me a refund. That does not make up for all the time I’ve had to spend to get it to this point. Had I not been so persistent, they would not have taken care of this. Oh, they asked me to update my review so I did - be careful what you ask for. Buyers be beware.

I ordered my harness on 4/29/2020 and it was paid for at that time. I have really not had much communication from Doggy Kingdom. I am not happy that originally. This is from when I placed my order "Enclosed please find your invoice no. 2020131980 from 04/29/2020 in PDF format for your order 123477. We will process your order as soon as possible and send you the tracking number within the next days by email. Please note: personalized products require 2-3 business days for production/personalization before they can be shipped. We will keep you updated. And look it says 2-3 business days for production/personalization before it can ship. On 5/11/2020 I received an email that it is being processed if shipping to UK or USA 7-10 days I was not aware of this when I ordered it. This is what it says today (which is NOT what it showed on the 8th of May) May 17,2020 13:26US, CUSTOMS CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS May 16,2020 19:46US, SHIPMENT ARRIVES IN US May 16,2020 03:32, SECURITY CHECK IN PROGRESS May 15,2020 13:09, CUSTOM CLEARANCE IN PROGRESS May 15,2020 03:37YIWU, , SHIPMENT SORTING May 14,2020 20:25YIWU, , CJPACKET HAS PICKED UP THE SHIPMENT Which I guess it will be another week before I get my harness. I wish I had copied the tracking before it changed to this.

Just like the other reviewers it has now been about 4 weeks since I ordered the dog harness. I have emailed the company numerous times only to get a reply that says it’s on its way. I have tried tracking the package but I can’t understand what the shipper is doing with my package. Also the tracking is 3 days behind the current date. I will never order from this company as they have poor customer relations. I’m not sure the product is good or bad because I haven’t received it. Buy USA MADE
