Waste of time and money. Waited over 2 months for three harnesses. Finally, arrived I was excited to get them way to big on my dogs. I used their size charts. No where could I find it said these were made in China because again I would have never ordered these. Tried them on all 3 of my dogs and not one fit. Contacted company and they said since they are personalized they are not eligible for return. Now the personalization is a simple patch that can be removed however, they would be glad to offer me a coupon for 40% off. Hmmm you have sent me 40% off coupons in the vast amount of emails you send out that never update when I could expect my item. This company is a scam do not order from them.

Buyer beware!! We ordered a harness on May 16 and after almost two weeks with no delivery, contacted the company to check the status. According to the tracking information provided by the company, the harness was at Customs on May 19 and is still there. BUYERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN, AND SHIPPED FROM, CHINA. It is now June 2 and we have no idea when to expect delivery. My advice to U.S. customers is BUY AMERICAN!

I will change this if they fix the issue but this is pretty comical.... took almost 2 months to get. I ordered two so it was like $80 Deltas is good but Günthers lol says G nther. I checked, I typed it correctly and, I have a receipt that says it’s correct. I emailed them with no response as of yet.

did not receive or it was the wrong one

I really like the harness but there were burrs on the D ring that sliced the palm of my hand open. I sent an email but got no reply, so I'm guessing you don't care or want my repeat business.

I have already received two harnesses. Both are too big at this time. I’m STILL waiting for the third one. I hope my puppy doesn’t out-grow it before I get it. The product is good, and I should have known better the third time around. I guess I had hoped shipping would improve.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible product. Built cheap and overpriced. And it took FOREVER to arrive. Only to have the d-ring rip out on the first use. Junk. Extremely disappointing experience. And then on top of that they blow up your inbox with junk email constantly but never any info about the order you placed weeks and weeks ago.

This company is the worst! I’ve been waiting over a month for my order and I seriously doubt if I get it. I also believe the tracking number I was given is fraudulent. I should of read all the reviews first, because if I did I never would have ordered from this company. I have found this same harness online with very reputable companies in the USA and actually less expensive. I’m filing a claim against this company also with PayPal. Don’t waste your time or money!
