I ordered the wrong size of the (supposedly) custom made dog hardness. When we received it the harness was not personally personalize the Velcro patch that was attached to the hardness was. I informed doggy kingdom that I will return the smaller size for the large size and also pay the difference for the larger size. They sad that it was a personalized purchased and cannot be exchanged. I don't know they wouldn't make a customer happy and just exchange it but they refused and try to make me purchase another one with a 40% discount. GTFOOH!!! Fair warning. Don't fall for this scam. You can easily purchase a personalize patch and sew it on to your pets harness for much cheaper.

Not a very honest company, the harness ships from China. And after a very long wait, the harness only lasted a week. Very disappointed.

This company is impossible. I usually read reviews, and if I had I would have been warned off. Company is impossible impossible to deal with. I’m going to return my harnesses(3) to the US address even tho they won’t give me return instructions! Harnesses received too huge even tho I measured as instructed. Yes they are personalized but only with a removable Velcro tab with name. Very disappointing. Don’t bite!!!

I should have read the reviews! BEWARE!!!!! I called to cancel the order and they told me that the harness had been made and shipped. However on there website it still shows processing. David just kept giving me scripts after scripts. They create a shipping label as soon as they process your payment so they can say its been shipped. They have a no return policy only store credit. Think hard if you want to order here.

Do not order from this company! They pay people to put forth good reviews! I ordered 2 harnesses over a month ago and still have not received them! Worst experience I have ever had! No customer service line just an email with people who will not give you a straight forward answer!

TERRIBLE customer service. Their website says "satisfaction guaranteed" don't believe it. They have a phone number to call for support -- it just tells you to email, so you can't ever actually talk to someone. I ordered a harness following their sizing and it was HUGE. Emailed support and they won't take it back or issue a refund because it's personalized. They do NOTHING to make your situation right. Their shipping is terrible too -- it says ships within 24 hours from their warehouse -- which is in CHINA -- and takes almost a month to reach your door in the United States. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Have not received the harness and seat belt we ordered over a month ago. Tracking on website useless since it stopped tracking nearly a month ago as well. Contacted the company by chat and got the runaround. They had no idea where the shipment was or when it might be delivered. I am starting to think the whole thing is a scam. Sounds like they have no control over the shipping process or else they are not planning to deliver the product at all. I hope they are legitimate, but have lost confidence in the company.
