I agree with the most recent reviews. It's been over a month in shipping time and I have yet to receive the harness. The website states they are located in Austria when in reality the item is shipped from China to a distribution center in the US and then to the customer all with a bogus tracking number. I did order two reflective, breathable, adjustable harnesses from Bolux through Amazon. I received them in one day! And they were half the price with free shipping. They are virtually identical to the harnesses Doggykingdom sells.

I think that I mistakenly ordered from this company. I have a neighbor who has a harness that looks like DoggyKingdom’s harnesses. I thought I was at the correct website. Yes they processed my order immediately on June 8th, but I have had the same problems other customers are complaining about. It’s June 21, but as I read the order/delivery dates I guess I’m lucky, it’s only been weeks not months ! The most ridiculous is the tracking order no information about where in the world it is.. I would absolutely recommend NOT doing business with this company. Why is this shipping directly from China? Etc., etc.,etc........ order from one of the companies on Amazon!!! Wish I had looked at the written reviews not just the pictures of dogs with their harnesses on!

It has been almost 3 weeks since i ordered and I am still waiting for the "made in China" harness. And yet customer service refused to stop the delivery and refund the money, I am not aware that it was made and shipped from China. The website said made in "Asia Countries", which is not the same as shipping from China. Mislead and dishonest about shipping location; make customer wait and wait and wait.

Honestly terrible. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my car seat cover, several emails later, I am only referred to the tracking info which doesn’t tell me anymore than “shipped from China” which I was not aware of either. Everytime I reach out I get “kindly wait”. I have requested a refund twice now to no avail. Could have ordered this same product, for less; from amazon Canada 6 times over.

Like everyone else the shipping time was ridiculous. There are multiple sites on facebook that all look the same as this one. Everyone one that I looked up use a privacy company with whois, which is where all domains are registered, so you cannot know who is the owner and where they are located. Nowhere on doggykingdom website does it say where they are located, or that the product is shipped from china and that the wait time is well over a month and even though you are given a tracking number it is useless. Now the harness, it is garbage. On two separate occasions when my dog pulled hard and turned at the same time the buckle came undone and she got loose. Had many dogs and many harness's but never had this happen, let alone twice. Name tag is a piece of garbage. just printed in plastic material and back with Velcro. I don't see the point in having it removable. Not worth the wait, not worth the product and a terrible company to do business with. Wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

If there was a half star rating I would use it!! I ordered my product April 22nd and it is now June 17th and have yet to receive but yet received an email asking how I liked my product???! COVID19 or not I think this is disgusting customer service and at this point I could care less about the actual product itself!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, I PLACED AN ORDER 5-1-20 AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE NOR WILL THEY HELP ME. ALL YOU GET IS YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY. IT SHIPPED 5-2-20 AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE, YOU CANT CALL THEM EITHER. I HAVE NOTIFIED THE FCC AND REPORTED THEM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! THEY ARE AN UNETHICAL COMPANY.

My first order took 3 1/2 weeks to receive. There is no way to track it even though I paid for the higher shipping. My second order I have been going back and forth with them for weeks because I still have not received my order. They said it must have gotten lost and said they would resend it out. I had to keep sending emails. Supposedly it shipped over a week ago, and I still do not have it and I still cannot track it. All it says is shipped. I asked if they would send it over night because of the huge inconvenience and they did not or even reply to my response. Poor customer service. It's a shame because the product (harness) is a nice product.
