I am not impressed with the No Pull harness as my dog still pulls whilst wearing it. When I requested a refund I was told that as the harness was personalised this cannot be done. The personalised names can be removed so that is not a valid excuse for not refunding the money. You advertise it as money back guarantee...which is not true and is false advertising.

I ordered this product on 10-8-20 and still have not received the product. The last status update is dated 10-17-20 and it shows the product is in U.S. Customs. Customer service is terrible and told me they have no control over who the shipper is. After doing some investigating, your company has HORRIBLE reviews. Product is cheap and the personalization is a removable velcro tag. If I had know that your company is located in Austria, you order the product from a company in China and then ship to U.S. I would have never placed an order. I will be demanding my money back, however best on my previous experience, I doubt I will ever see my money or the product.

I adjust the strap that goes under their chest and it will not stay tight. It keeps coming loose. I would not recommend this product.

First of all the order took a long time to process and shipping took weeks, so much for fast delivery. The harness was thick, stiff and much larger than the website said it would be. Much too large and bulky for out small dog. They would not take the product back, because they said it was personalized, but the personalization is literally a velcro name tag, which can easily be removed. I advised then that I would be writing a review, but that didn't faze them a bit. Also, FYI, the company pays $10 for a good review, beware. Plus, we did not understand that is was coming from China. Do not use this company.

EXTREMELY UNETHICAL company. I'm a veterinarian. This is probably the worst product and the worst company with whom I've ever dealt. The no pull harness is extremely unsafe. No matter how I "fit" it to my dog she could easily escape and luckily ran to the front door instead of the street the first time I put the harness on. When I was denied return of the harness. I contacted the The Center for Pet Safety in the USA. This harness was not listed with this organization as a safe harness but the center recorded my problem with the harness and the company for further reference for other unsuspecting buyers.. Beware, this company continually reminds you to monogram and put your phone number on the harness. You can hardly get to the order page without them backtracking you to reminding you to monogram the harness with dog's name and your phone number. Of course, this is how they scam you in to no returns.

My pomeranian puppy tends to back up if feeling scared. On now 4 times, this harness has come unlatched. I finally on the 4th time contacted Doggykingdom, after seeing the harness unlatch at the Vet office when my dog backed up. His elbow hits the latch because where it is located. The adjustments don't change the location of the latch as it is sewn in place about less than an inch from the harness which ends up right by dogs elbow. Upon contacting the company, they want me to video my 10mo old puppy freaking out and the harness coming unlatched. I am not James Cameron with a Terminator movie, sorry. They suggested that I could replicate it with using my hand to show how easily it comes unlatched. As a pet owner, I have obviously checked all the possibilities including tugging it prior to leaving the house. It is snug and secure until a panic and backing up occurs. This is a product liability and they have been put on notice. If any dogs are hurt it is on them. Their lack of realistic knowledge of dogs and videoing one doing something that occurs intermittently is ridiculous and not refunding money is not the point. Someone is going to be hurt. So I'm telling everyone. They could be more concerned and communicate better. Instead they inspired my ire and gave me a new hobby, telling people.

I like the look and ease of putting it on my bull mastiff lab mix. The problem I have is I really needed a no pull harness and he pulls worse than ever. I think he thinks he has a sled to pull now instead of a 210 man using both hands to hold on.

I have found using this company has been one frustrating and confusing experience. Their only way of communication is through email and it takes a while for them to respond. I couldn't reach their shipping company and whoever they are using for shipping website development does not know what they are doing in the area of web design. I am still waiting to hear from the owners of Doggy Kingdom regarding whether or not I have to pick up my package, and if so, where do I pick it up from, or if it will be delivered. I will not use this business again, unless they switch to a reputable shipping service. It's not worth the frustration or confusion in getting my order.
