Do not buy from this company. Company: is based in Austria, not US as indicated on website, no way to talk to representative, phone number takes you automated only system, did not get what was ordered. Product: made in and shipped from China, mediocre quality, not worth price, no instructions on how to fit. Customer support: non-existent for either shipper or Doggykingdom Feb. 4 Update: Doggykingdom has said they will take care of the issue with product. As of today the correction is being processed. I will update again once the issue with the product is completely resolved.

I ordered on January 15th 2 seatbelts for dogs, 1 xs no pull harness, and 1 s no pull harness. Turns out product was shipped from Australia. Upon checking out they said get this a dual handle leash half off. So I bought it too. Turns out that was a separate transaction. So I get 2 CROSS BORDER FEES on my checking account from this purchase. On January 28th I receive my order. It is missing a Red Doggy Seat belt. The thing is so chintzy maybe costs 50 Cents to produce. I immediately email them. The 2 handle dog leash is Chintzy as well. The Harnesses are nice. The XS harness is just right. The S harness was big like a medium or so. I am disgusted by an email I got 2 days later from Maisie. This was my First and Last purchase from them. The company appears to be based in Austria with a mailing address in Florida. Their return policy is terrible. I would like to return everything and get a Cash Refund. BBB has no information for a Doggykingdom doing business in the U.S. as I was trying to file a complaint. I have Submitted a Report to PayPal which I used for payment. If I can give a zero rating I would!!! I ordered a lion mane that didn’t fit my bulldog, tried to return it and they want me to return it to Austria and the price would’ve been 300 dollars... what a scam!!! This is the second time I ordered something and they gave me the same BS . First they said I can return it to Florida and then they changed it to Austria , don’t buy anything from this company!!!

Made in China, need I say more. Don’t support this company.

********Don't buy anything from this company******* I order 2 in 2 separate orders the Lifetime Warranty Personalized Doggykingdom® NO PULL Harness - and Highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from this company - I got first order and was so small wouldn't even fit a small puppy - and the phone number was wrong -so much so the last number was a - so no good if someone found my dog,, tried to cancel and ask for REFUND all to find out you can't they have you locked in and you can't talk to a real person on the phone... I think this is a fraudulent company. I have been waiting for my order for over a month and all they say is to be patient. They send me to a tracking page which has no updates. I have also never heard of the transport company they are using. Now I see others complain about the fit. They don’t deserve to be in business. I will apply for a refund from my credit card and report them to the Better a business Bureau. My order number is #193006. Nothing has changed in the above review. Received nothing after a month and the company shows no interest. Many complaints about the quality. Buyer beware

DoggyKingdom's "safety" seat belt is NOT safe! I agree with many of the reviews that say the harnesses are too big; however, this review relates to Doggy Kingdom's "safety" seatbelt. Three days ago, I used the seatbelt for the very first time to drive my maltipoo, Buddy, to the groomer. I hooked the seatbelt onto the harness and into the seat belt buckle in the back seat, and I was happy it appeared to restrain my dog from jumping onto the front seat of my car. To my dismay, after driving only about 5 minutes, my pup was able to get loose & jumped into the front seat into my lap during rush hour, nearly causing a car accident. I thereafter saw that the leash attached to the seat belt had been ripped or chewed in half. This "safety" seat belt is NOT safe even for small dogs like my maltipoo --especially if your dog likes to pull or chew. I immediately easily replaced it on line with one of many sturdier (even less expensive) doggie seat belts that can't be chewed or ripped. I wrote to Doggykingdom's customer service & attached the invoice and a photo of the belt split in two pieces. Customer Service refusing my request for a refund, offered to give me $5 off to purchase a replacement seat belt. I would never purchase it again or want a replacement even if they gave me it for free! I very rarely write negative reviews. My primary purpose was not to get a refund but to warn others that in my opinion, this seat belt is a safety hazard & should be taken off the market.

I ordered a harness in size medium--long wait time and too large when arrived --i want to exchange for a small . Customer service allowed no option for a return or exchange--so if you buy from them, buyer beware-- In short, lousy customer service--
