DoggykingdomReviews of doggykingdom.net

This site is misleading - it is in China not USA. Does not fit. No returns except for 40% store credit. Ridiculous policy. Item did not come in the time predicted, especially since it was actually shipping from China. They offer a credit if you give a good review.

BUYER BEWARE.... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a XXL Personalized No Pull Harness on Feb. 6, 2021 (order #209054) and still have not received the order as of today 2/24/21. I received tracking information on 2/7/21 from DoggieKingdom. Carrier = CJ Packet (19098091104). Package in transit since 2/7/21. I've emailed several times this week requesting to cancel the order and issue a refund which they refused. Their response was they do not gtd. shipping times. Wait in patience. There are parcels delayed due to the Corona Virus crisis which is completely out of their hands. My next step is to post my review on every site possible so to prevent future potential customers from ordering from DoggieKingdom. Poor Customer Service + Dishonest Company.

I ordered 2 dog coats. I used their sizing chart and ordered a size larger. I thought I was ordering from a company located in Florida. After I placed my order, I found out that the dog coats ship directly from CHINA. Then, one coat was too small. I went to check their refund policy. You have to pay the return shipping, it has to be unopen (how can I check the fit if it is unopen), and they will only give you a 40% store credit, and then the return address is to the country of AUSTRIA! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN FROM DOGGY KINGDOM. If it doesn't fit or doesn't work, you are screwed by their refund policy. What a SCAM!! From their website: Returns should be sent to the following address: Doggykingdom.net – 2380 Perchtoldsdorf, Alfred-Feierfeil Str. 3, AUSTRIA DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All eligible returns will be offered store credit only.

EDIT: after I posted this review I got actual responses and my package showed up shortly after. Not sure if it’s coincidence or not but I still do not recommend this website as their customer service and chosen shipping company are terrible. They have no human representation to talk with and their shipping company has no working phone number. They will just send you an “attempt of delivery” notice over and over until you just let them take your money. I haven’t left my house in over 14 days yet they claim they tried to deliver it multiple times. It’s been almost 30 days now and I keep getting the same bull**** response from robots.

I also thought I was ordering from the states. I ordered a coat for my puppy 2 weeks ago & still waiting. Emailed sent to me to be patient! I thought I was ordering from the states & we oils get in a few days because company stated , “Shipped in 24 hours”. Company is located in China.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me tell you how they roll - all friendly with "we ship right away." What do they really do? They drop ship from manufacturers. So more than a week after I ordered something I needed in a few days, I learned it was in the process of being cleared for customs in China before getting put on a ship. The friendly "we ship right away" gets me a product more than 2 weeks after ordering. But they said I can return it - as long as I pay shipping to AUSTRIA where they process returns, even though they say they are located in Orlando. So a product that I think is going in the mail from Orlando in one day arrives from China 2 weeks later and if that doesn't suit me I can return it to Austria? Save yourself the trouble! Order from anyone else.

No support at all for exchange in size. Required to send item back to Europe. Never heard such thing. Never again!

Poor service! A month for delivery! Never again!
