After seeing all the good reviews,I decided to purchase the XS harness for my 8 year old female Chihuahua. After taking her for a walk, I noticed that she was limping. I checked her legs and saw that her left leg was sore and inflammed. What I noticed was the plastic snap buckle was too close to her leg. It is a design flaw! For small dogs the buckle should be on the top of the harness, out of the way from the leg. I emailed the support dept and all they said was " we are sorry that the harness does not work for your dog". Wow, is this the way to run a company! It is completely useless to me. If you have a small dog,don't waste your money on this company!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Something shady is going on with Doggykingdom. I placed an order in January and have still not received it on 3/17. Tracking says the item is stuck in US Customs, where it has been since Feb 1. Each time I reach out to customer service they assure me they'll "check on it" and cite COVID for the delay but weeks later, still no progress. Somehow everything else I've ordered from other small companies has been delivered without an issue. I am empathetic to delays, but I don't believe that after 60+ days this product will ever arrive. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

It is an scam, I ordered five weeks ago, still nothing. Don’t order anything here, they just tell you to be patient, that it will arrive, someday....no delivery dates are given. It is an SCAM. After 37 days waiting finally the order arrived, but the harness is too big and the winter jacket is too small and I measure my dog before I ordered both. A waste of money, I won’t even try to return them after reading other reviews. Don’t waste money, time and energy buying anything from this company.

Poor quality. Jacket has already ripped a few times. Would not recommend this item.

The jacket got here after a week or 2 but it didn't fit our dog, we didn't want to return it but just exchange it for one size up. Which they will allow however the shipping is $20+ at which point I've just spent half of what I didn't on the coat to begin with just getting it back. They said its our problem to get it back to them and won't send a label. Never ever will I shop with them again.

It took 3 weeks for my harness to arrive from china. It appeared to sit at the airport for quite some time. The harness is way to small for my dog and their return policy sucks. You pay for shipping and then they only give you a store credit. Do not order from this company

I placed an order on 2/2/21 and as of 3/1, I have not received my order (#208730). You can't talk to anyone in person, the CJ Packet (whatever that is) has very vague and misleading "information" regarding the status of your package. The recorded reply to when you say you order number just tells you to go to tracking page with the same vague information. Total scam.

It has been almost 3 weeks and my item has not arrived, there is no way to communicate with this scam company since there are no humans to talk to and the one tracking email I got is simply fictitious! I'm convinced it is a scam company and I will pursue it with appropriate government agencies in the State of Florida if I don't get order #209870 or a full refund within a week's time.
