We truly appreciate your understanding regarding international shipments, as they are unfortunately beyond our control. That said, we always strive to resolve any issues with lost or damaged shipments at no cost to our customers, just as we did in your case. I see that we resent your order via UPS Express, and I’d love to hear how your pup is enjoying the Doggie Hush headphones and the free gift we included! 😉 Best regards, Kai.

The product works well. My Golden Retreiver is scared of storms and fireworks. The Doggie hush come him down and we no longer have to give him a pill. The product is made well and great.

We bought two DoggieHush noise cancelling headsets for our dogs. We found them very easy to use and adjust, we also received excellent customer service and suggestions when adjusting. The product itself works! We had fire alarm testing and our dogs seemed significantly less stressed. And also a fire alarm evacuation in the middle of the night where we used them and they both recovered so fast compared to without. Highly recommend!
