Hello. If the product is not staying in place that means you didn't cut the Velcro enough. Please cut more Velcro until you achieve a snug fit. Treat your Dog to make it forget it's wearing Doggie Hush. Not reducing sound enough comes from ill placement of the product, please try again and we are here to help. We are sure if you get it right you will be 5 star happy.

FYI, All Doggie Hush require customization upon receipt. We purposely add additional Velcro because every Dog is unique. All product comes with instructions and also it is available on website.

I've never heard this complaint before. You have to be using the product incorrectly. There is no way that DH can choke a Dog. Please refer to our instructions that come with product and on website.
